Clayton Elementary School and A+ Federal Credit Union (A+FCU) is continuing the tradition of joining together to bring our students the opportunity to have a savings account and make deposits at school.
We would love to have your student participate in this financial education experience.

This year, we will explore the important principles of saving money, money management, and investing

Deposit Days are planned once per month
7:15-7:40 am by the Clayton Cafeteria, before assembly.

New to Green Apple?…Joining the Credit Union is easy
Request information by submitting the following info to your child's teacher:

The process can also be completed at the local branch on 6114 W. William Cannon Drive Austin, TX 78749.

You just need to know and provide your child's social security number and also the social security number and identification of the parent who will be on the account– (forms of identification include: Driver's License/Identification from the State of Texas/Passport)

GREEN APPLE SAVINGS PROGRAM
2010-2011 DEPOSIT DAY INFORMATION

Deposit Days!
Green Apple Deposit Days once a month on a Monday. Deposits can be made in the morning between 7:15am and 7:40am in the Clayton cafeteria.  The dates for 2011-2012 are:

• Sep 26th
• Oct 24th
• Nov 28th
• Dec 19th
• Jan 30th
• Feb 27th
• Mar 26th
• Apr 30th
• May 21st

Things to remember:

• First deposit to A+ Federal Credit Union must be at least $10.
• Cash deposits are at least $1, with a maximum of $20. 
• Checks are accepted in any amount as long as they are payable to the student and properly endorsed. 
• Make sure deposit bag is labeled with correct name, teacher and grade. 
• Complete the deposit slip.
• Place the deposit slip and/or checks in the deposit bag for the student to take to school. 
• Make sure membership card is signed and in the deposit bag.
