Reflections is a national PTA-sponsored, arts-in-education recognition program that encourages children to express themselves through literature, art, music, photography, dance, and film/video.

PTA Reflections Theme 2011-2012: "Diversity means…." - As you get ready for summer vacation, have a great time and an opportunity for some creativity over the summer. The PTA Reflections program is all about children expressing themselves through words, pictures, music, dance, and other art forms, they grow intellectually and socially. They learn to analyze their thoughts, feelings, and ideas; learn to look at things, people, and experiences in a fresh and exciting way; and become more interested in the ideas and works of others.

The PTA Reflections Program is designed to enhance a quality arts education by providing an opportunity for students to explore their artistic talents and receive positive recognition for their efforts. Start thinking about the theme in order to have your entries ready next school year. Have a great summer.
