Some projects are provided through the PTA for the convenience of our families or as a service for the school. They are break-even ventures, not fundraisers (with no expectation of profit).

They include:

• School T-shirt and other Spiritwear - The Clayton T-shirt Contest for the 2010-2011 school shirt had a deadline of May 17, 2010. The winning design, or a combination of designs, will become the 2010-11 Clayton Elementary t-shirt. The three top winners will receive a free t-shirt and a $25 Target gift card. The winning art work will be framed and displayed in the office at the school. Thank you for your participation and good luck!

• PTA Book Exchange - This year's book exchange was in January 2010. It is a wonderful, free event that our families have enjoyed the last 3 years. Question? Nina Fierro nfierro@austin.rr.com, 630-3728.
  
  
• School Directory - The 2009-2010 school-wide student and staff directory was distributed at the end of September. The cost of the directory, which the PTA provides at no cost to our families, is paid through the support of our wonderful community businesses in the advertising section of the directory. Directories are delivered to the oldest sibling, one free copy per FAMILY, at the end of September. Additional copies can be purchased in the office for $1. Did you get school supplies for next year though the Clayton PTA? - Thank you for supporting our school by ordering your school supplies through the PTA! If you ordered supplies and have not received your original order form back marked PAID, please contact Jessica Todd at jessica-todd@att.net to confirm that your order was received. All ordering, including online, is over.

The sale is the only opportunity to order pre-packaged supplies for the upcoming year.  We will not be offering a re-order service. The Clayton & Baldwin School Supply Pick-up & Spiritwear Sale Event will be Tuesday, August 17th, 4:00 - 6:30pm. The school supplies are pre-order/pre-paid only (none for sale at the pick-up event).

• Sidewalk Pavers - The school needed and requested an additional paver pathway to help with traffic flow in the front of the school. Custom pavers were sold at a price to pay for the pavers and the installation of the pathway. Because the traffic issues were addressed, 07-08 was the last time we will sell pavers.
