The Clayton PTA is pleased to offer this fantastic tool to our families, teachers and staff. The Directory allows us to easily and securely stay in touch with each other, sharing our most up-to-date information possible.
Once information is entered, parents will be able to access the Directory anytime (via private login and password). You can also easily sort by grade or class, once students have been linked to their teachers. There is even an app you can download for IOS and Android devices.
NEW FAMILIES: Entering your data takes only a few minutes, and you will be able to edit it at any time. Simply use the link below. Once your family has been confirmed as a Clayton Family, you’ll receive an email with login information for use in future visits.
Q – I changed my information in the Clayton office, and/or on the AISD cloud, will it be updated here automatically?
A – No. The online Clayton PTA Directory is completely independent from AISD's database. Clayton PTA Directory information is only entered and edited by parents online. None of the forms completed in classrooms, in the Clayton office, or on the AISD website will result in updates to the Clayton PTA Directory.
Q – How secure is our information?
A – VERY! Only teachers, staff, and parents who have submitted student information and have been verified by the Clayton Directory team are granted access to view the online Directory. Q – Is there an app I can use on my smartphone or tablet?
A – Yes! You can download the app from the Apple iTunes or Google Play app stores! Search for “Membership Toolkit” and download the free app. When you open the app on your mobile device, log in with your usual login information.
Q – How much information do I have to disclose to participate?
A – To be in the Directory, only the following is required:
· Student’s first name, last name, and grade
· First name, last name, and email address of one parent.
Q - My child has not been invited to birthday parties and I think he/she is not visible to other families. How can I make sure he/she is visible?
A – Parents who have opted in the past to not have their information visible have reported that their child was not invited for playdates, parties or other non-school related activities. They still received communications sent through the Directory, but their information was not viewed by others.
Check your Directory Publish Preferences in Membership Toolkit by going to My Account>Update Family Information.
Q – Can I see only my class?
A – No. Once you have been granted access, you will be able to see information submitted by parents for all Clayton students, by teacher or grade. If you want to see only your class, you can filter by grade or teacher.
Q – Can I change my mind about participating in the Directory?
A – Yes. Parents have control over their family’s information. You may delete, modify or hide your information at any time after you have been granted access and created a password.
Q – I was in the MySchoolAnywhere Directory last year, will I have to enter my information again this year?
A – No. The information you gave us last year is still in the Directory, but just like before, you will be asked to confirm that information before you may access the directory again this year.
Q – Will we get a print version of the Directory?
A – No. The Clayton PTA Directory is only available in this online format. This allows parents to update information throughout the year and for us to restrict access to that information, so that only families, faculty and staff at Clayton can view it.
Q – What happens to the students at the end of the year?
A – On June 30th we “graduate” students to the next class, and move the outgoing 5th graders from our system to “alumni” status.
